Finally the National Board of the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians approved that this Electronic Medical Record will be used by all PAFP members. It is Family Oriented and user friendly. This is the only electronic medical record that the user can modify and edit. It will be officially launch on the 51st PAFP Annual convention at PICC.
