20th POSTGRADUATE COURSE

The 20th Postgraduate Course of the PAFP Pangasinan Chapter with the theme: "Family Medicine in the 21st Century" was held at CSI Stadia, Dagupan City, Pangasinan on September 21, 2017. It was a success with more than seventy attendees.

It was the first time in years for such a number from start to finish. We, the chapter officers, thank you all for coming. Till next postgrad!

The PSG will be holding a Single Topic Conference on Irritable Bowel Syndrome on November 18, 2017 at the Lenox Hotel, Dagupan, Pangasinan. Registration fee for non- PSG/PSDE member is P500.00. Here is the program.

The Philippine Society of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, Inc. (PSEDM) will be holding the Scientific Exchanges in Endocrinology & Diabetes (SEED) Workshop with the theme "Balancing Efficacy and Safety of Treatments in Diabetes." This will be held on November 20, 2017 (Monday) at Novotel Hotel, Araneta Cubao, Quezon City. Registration is five hundred pesos (500 PhP). *CPD units are available (PRC, PCP, PAFP, PMA).

Quality Assurance Workshop in Family Medicine

ANNOUNCEMENT:

Please be informed that the Department of Family Medicine of Fatima University Medical Center  will conduct a Quality Assurance Workshop in Family Medicine on October 5, 2017 (8am-5pm), at 120 McActhur Highway, Marulas, Valenzuela City.

All candidates for diplomate exam with lacking QA attendance are encouraged to attend.  However, residents and other interested physicians are also welcome.  This will be on a first come first serve basis.  Registration is P800.00 (payment will be accepted onsite).
